  Challenges of aquariing an online presence for the ekuthembeni crisis care center NGO  Social media is taking the world by storm, therefore having an online presence is almost n essential because rye world now depends more on social networking to, promote, advertise and create awareness amongst the communities we live in. There are many challenges when ir comes to acquiring social media platforms, for instance the registration of your account, the verification process to reduce the levels of being hacked by cyber criminal. The chosing of the account name is also a challenge because you have to come up with a new name that  no one else has thought of. Gain followers is the most challenging because you need to attract people and that alone is a challenge because you need to prove them with new worthy content or updates they czn relate to  or share their own experiences.

Human Rights Day is an affirmation by ordinary people, who rise in unison to proclaim their rights while also drawing attention to issues that South Africans continue to face which undermine these rights. Unfortunately, South Africa has a long history of violence against women, and this is one area where our country is not doing well as statistics by relevant authorities.  As South African’s were celebrating Human Rights Day, yet another heinous case of gender-based violence was made known to the public by Yolande Mngxali, a daughter of the alleged abuser, Siphiwo Mngxali, detailed her mother’s ordeal of abuse on social media .  Press release-14-03-2023 For immediate release Ekuthembeni crisis care center announces the launch of a support group program. Ekuthembeni crisis care center launch a suppor group program at kwandengezi community hall  for young girl who are mothers to talk about their challenges of being a young mother. The  program will take place at the kwandengezi community hall on 26-03-2023 @ 9:00 am "We as ekuthembeni have noticed a gap in the society that young mothers don't have the  necessary support they need to able to be mothers and still continue with school to ensure them a  bright future. We noticed a high drop out rate in high school therefore this program aims to  encourage young girls to stay in school. " says director of ekuthembeni The organization also works the lifeline to provide skills to these young girls and women to  remain in school.
